Polly has extensive experience providing counsel to corporate leaders on crisis, reputation and global positioning as well as directing global campaigns.

Prior to joining Highgate she was Deputy Managing Director at APCO Worldwide UK with responsibility for the P&L, office operations, talent management and development.

Polly began her career at Grayling in London before spending seven years based in Singapore and acting as deputy for Grayling’s Asia Pacific operations.

Polly holds a Bachelor of Arts in History.
