Victoria Ergolavou, Vice President

Victoria is a trained lawyer with extensive experience of advising clients on complex disputes including investor-state arbitration, enforcement of awards and antitrust litigation.

Victoria also has wide-ranging government advisory experience, including managing the international communications for the Ministry of Finance of an Asian country during its sovereign debt restructuring negotiations, advising the Ministry of Finance of a European country on its IMF negotiations announcement at WEF, advising the Finance Ministry of an African country on improving its country risk classification rankings and managing global communications for a  Caribbean country’s Citizenship by Investment programme.

She has also advised corporations, foundations and UHNWs on their global positioning, including supporting a foundation’s international expansion, and counselling CEOs and executive leadership on strategic announcements. She regularly supports clients on their engagement at international fora such as the UN General Assembly, WEF, Concordia Summit and others. 

Victoria previously worked at APCO Worldwide and Weber Shandwick. She holds an LLB degree from Athens Kapodistrian University and an LLM (from City University London. She is fluent in English, Greek and Italian, and also speaks French.
