Originally trained as a lawyer, Theo is a dispute resolution specialist. He has over a decade of experience helping clients manage complex disputes outside of the court room. His clients have included public companies, high-profile businessmen, governments and private investors. 

He has experience working on investment arbitrations, class actions, regulatory inquiries and white-collar criminal proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. He also has extensive experience helping listed companies and investors with capital markets disputes. He has advised on activist campaigns, contentious M&A transactions, restructurings and insolvencies. 

Prior to joining Highgate, Theo spent 6 years at a capital markets advisory firm where he helped to establish their litigation support and crisis management practice.
