Raissa is a communications consultant with experience in international development, sustainability, philanthropy, and litigation and disputes. 

She has worked with corporate, governments and HNWI on their communications, reputations, crisis management and ESG. Raissa also has expertise in developing and delivering strategic communications campaigns for clients in emerging markets including sub-Saharan Africa.  

Prior to joining Highgate she worked for Portland in the International Development and Sustainability team, leading on pan-African media relations for a variety of clients including the Mo Ibrahim Foundation and the Development Bank Ghana.

Raissa holds a BA in Public Relations and Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University. She speaks English, French, Lingala, and Swahili.
