Paul advises sovereign and corporate clients on how to solve their most complex challenges and disputes.

He has more than two decades of experience working on high-profile cases and campaigns involving conflict resolution, international arbitration, sanctions, and diplomatic crises. 

Paul previously served for six years as Managing Director at Statecraft, a global advisory firm, and four years as a Director at BGR Group, a US public strategy firm, where he specialised in diplomatic advisory and crisis management.

He spent five years with the UK Foreign Office working on multilateral negotiations in UK-EU policy. He was previously a spokesperson in the European Parliament and a political advisor in the Scottish Parliament.
