Monika has over a decade of experience in management and operations across a variety of different industries. Her skills lie in the development and organisation of internal infrastructures that help shape the running of the business.

Prior to working for Highgate, Monika worked in a global communications company as part of the wider operational team focusing on system integration, process development and management across various departments.

Monika is fluent in both Polish and English.
