Matt works across a range of clients from the public, private and non-governmental sectors providing research, analysis and outreach to deliver intelligence-driven strategies on complex issues.

Prior to joining Highgate, Matt worked for Amnesty International conducting open-source investigations into conflict areas and human rights violations. Matt also served as senior editor for an academic journal and completed an internship at the Population Council, a US-headquartered sociological research institute, in their Guatemala City office.

Matt holds a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, specialising in modern political philosophy and the politics of religion.
