James Monckton, Vice President

Jamie has extensive experience in advising governments, militaries, intelligence services, CEO’s, prominent individuals and royal families on dispute resolution, defence, crisis management, global positioning, and countering dis/misinformation.

Jamie started his career as an officer in the British Army which included a tour to Afghanistan where he led 30 soldiers in discreet frontline operations. He then moved across to specialist elements of the British military and led the UK Ministry of Defence’s (MoD) resistance, discreet information, counter dis/misinformation, communications and influence efforts combating violent extremism in the Middle East, which included another frontline tour to Iraq and Syria.

Subsequently, he has advised numerous governments and private clients on strategic communications, dispute resolution, behavioural change and influence campaigning, countering mis/disinformation and countering violent extremism.

James graduated from the University of Sydney and the UK Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
