Iulia is a strategic communications consultant specialising in advocacy and influence campaigns. Experienced in digital communications, crisis management and political and grass-roots activist campaigns, she has previously advised governments, senior officials and political candidates in the UK, Germany, Kosovo, Romania, Albania, Moldova, St. Lucia, and the Philippines. In 2023, Iulia supported the Sri Lankan Ministry of Finance on its international communications related to the country’s debt management strategy.  

At Highgate, Iulia works across our sovereign and private accounts. She has been advising UHNWIs on consolidating their international positioning and philanthropic endeavours and supporting their engagement with international organisations such as the UNDP, Council on Foreign Relations, World Economic Forum or the Atlantic Council.

Iulia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business Academy. She speaks Romanian and Spanish.
