Alina provides research, legal analysis and supports with outreach on intelligence-driven strategies for clients in the areas of dispute resolution and crisis management.

Prior to joining Highgate, Alina worked in the Austrian Parliament’s legal office, where she supported the Chairs of various parliamentary committees and newly elected Members of Parliament. She has also served as a Communications Coordinator for the University of British Columbia’s Indigenous research department, where she liaised between Indigenous communities and university researchers. 

Alina holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge, and a Dual BA in Politics and International Relations from Sciences Po Paris and the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in Armenian, French, German and English.
